Marcin Dylla (b. 1976 in Chorzow, Poland) began to learn to play guitar from his eight years in music school in the Red Śląskie. Between 1995 – 2000 he studied at the Music Academy in Katowciach (prof. Wanda Palacz) and then at foreign schools: Academy of Music in Basel (prof. Oscar Ghiglia), Academy of Music in Freiburg (prof. Sonja Prunnbauer) and at the Music Conservatory in Maastricht (prof. Carlo Marchione).

American newspaper Washington Post called him one of the most talented guitarists of the planet. At the 7th International Guitar Competition in Alessandria (Italy) was awarded the “Gold Guitar” guitar music critics awarded Newcomer of the Year. In the years 1996 – 2007 was awarded nineteen first prizes at prestigious European and American guitar competitions, including from the “Guitar Foundation of America” ​​(2007).

Is often invited to guitar festivals, he leads master classes, working with leading musicians and orchestras, and performed recitals at the world-famous concert halls (Carnegie Hal, New York, the Konzerthaus, the Musikverein and Palais Lobkowitz, Vienna, Auditorio Nacional in Madrid and others) . He is currently professor of guitar in the Polish city of Krakow and Katowice.
