Born in Humenné, he graduated from Košice Conservatory. He continued his studies at VŠMU in Bratislava, field of orchestral conductor. After finishing his studies, he worked as a conductor in DJZ Prešov. In present, he is a pedagogue in Košice Conservatory. He is active as an arranger-composer in many genres. He is also active in artistic performances as an instrumentalist (piano, flute, saxophone) and occasionally as a conductor. As a conductor, he co-operated with Košice State Philharmonic Orchestra, with Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra, with Žilina State Chamber Orchestra (european tour with vocal band II Divo), with Košice State Theather, Prešov Operette Association, Conservatory Orchestra in Košice and also in Bratislava, and with Slovak Chamber Orchestra. As instrumentalist he collaborated with Marian Čekovský, with AMC Trio, with Arpád Farkas Quartet, with Helena Okresová and Swingland, with bands Chiki-liki- tu-a, IMT Smile and TOP Big Band Prešov, with Katarína Koščová, with Voces Gregoianae Cassovienses, with Kandráčovci and many others. He composed music for ballet fairytale Doktor Jajbolí, he is co-author of music for musical Móric Beňovský, many orchestral and chamber compositions and many orchestral settings of jazz and pop compositions.
